1. ORDERS & SHIPPING
How will my orders ship?
Processing - Processing is 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for in stock items and 3 to 5 business days for items on back order, pre-order, or needs to be transferred from another facility. Successfully placed orders will receive an order confirmation email
Please check your spam folder then contact us if you haven't received the order confirmation email after 5 days
Shipping - Orders typically take 4-13 days for delivery once shipped
*We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays*
Once the order is shipped you will receive the shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your order
Tracking - All orders will be provided a tracking number which can be found in the shipping confirmation email once shipped. Please contact us if you do not receive this tracking number after 7 days from your purchase. We are not responsible for weather related damages or delays - handled by shipping companies
Will I receive a confirmation of my delivery?

Items do not have a warranty but you can return items within the first 14 days of receiving if you are not satisfied
What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@purebyher.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
